Butch, Dixie and Kevin Cooper of Lake Norman Home Watch Services have more than 30 years experience in real estate sales, property management and construction methods. Butch has been involved in over 1800 real estate sales, 100s of home inspections and the resulting repairs needed. “I’ve sold many vacant and second homes and witnessed the signs of neglect, vandalism and someone just not being there when an accident happens” Butch says.

They have also remodeled many of their own personal homes and investment properties. From basic maintenance, bath and kitchen remodels to complex renovations, they have acquired the skills and knowledge of a properly maintained home. Butch also headed up the construction a of a 13000 sqft commercial building in 2008 further enhancing his skill set.
